Mr. Hall has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking and financial advising. He started his career in Washington, DC at PFC Energy, a global energy research and consultancy group performing financial, operational and competitor analysis, along with corporate strategy planning. He obtained his MBA in Finance at night while working at PFC Energy.
Christopher then spent three years in SE Asia, mainly Singapore and Jakarta, which included his first stint in investment banking for Deutsche Bank and Director of Investor Relations and Business Development for Gulf Indonesia ($1 billion market capital, publicly listed, subsidiary of Gulf Canada). He also worked for Peak Pacific Energy Ventures doing independent power projects in the Philippines, China, India and New Zealand.
Upon returning to America, Mr. Hall worked again as an investment banker in Atlanta for a group out of Chicago, National Securities Corporation. He also had stints as a financial advisor and equity research analyst for a large buy-side firm in Atlanta, Trusco Capital Management (a SunTrust Banks affiliate).
Corporate finance services performed by Mr. Hall have included due diligence services, financial forecasts, project finance, fairness opinions, private placements, writing annual reports and statistical supplements, and M&A transactions. His industry experience includes manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, sanitation, energy, e-commerce and logistics industries.
